Jones coordinated a group of 40 former U.S. Ambassadors serving as foreign policy advisors for GOP candidates. Jones coordinated chapters in 45 countries and thousands of program volunteers and donors.
Michael Jones moved on from there to start his own government and public relations firm, the Capitol Capital Group, LLC (CCG). CCG secured the funding in Congress for the U.S. Air Traffic Controller Training Program annually for 8 years for a private contractor. CCG was noted for the “Most Effective Lobbying Campaign” on Capitol Hill by The Wall Street Journal during the budget debate of 2004 for our client The Middle East Council of American Chambers of Commerce (a regional affiliate of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce). Jones has coordinated public relations and communications for U.S. companies operating in the Middle East both domestically and throughout the Persian Gulf. Moreover, CCG had victories in Congress and with past Administrations for issues that allow U.S. firms to export goods and services on a level playing field to the Arabian Peninsula.
